Spring Flats Family – The Robeson

The Robeson is a midrise building includes 87 units for families earning less than 80% of AMI. The design reflects the traditional character of the existing neighborhood while introducing some new design elements to enliven the site and activate the formerly closed 10th Street. The mid-rise building includes a parking garage built beneath an exterior courtyard plus amenity spaces for residents, including lounges, multipurpose room and fitness center. The project was designed to meet LEED Gold standards.
