Must have multifamily experience using Revit and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects related to producing high quality construction documents, overseeing projects during construction, and diligently communicating with internal and external team members to ensure thoughtful coordination throughout the process. Candidate should also be able to conduct effective quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure codes, regulations, and standard design practices are being followed, while training other staff members.

• Create plans and drawings which clearly communicate architectural design of project.
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
• Train and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect preferred; Actively pursue licensure will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in stable architecture position.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Revit.
