30 Years Ago Today…Wiencek + Associates was born in a basement and quickly grew to incorporate two townhomes. Today we enjoy a beautiful new 6,200sqft office overlooking downtown DC . We are honored to celebrate our 30th anniversary, as we remember our past, appreciate those whose lives we have touched along the way and thank all of our clients who have made our success possible.

Michael Wiencek has been nominated for the prestigious Fellowship position by the American Institute of Architects. Fellowship is bestowed by the AIA on member architects who have made outstanding contributions to the profession through design excellence, contributions in the field of architectural education, or to the advancement of the profession. This is a tremendous honor for Mr. Wiencek and the firm.

Wiencek + Associates has moved to a newly designed building at the corner of L and Vermont in NW DC (1100 Vermont Ave, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005). The office encompasses the entire 8th floor overlooking McPherson Square with scenic views of the Washington Monument. Mr. Wiencek designed the space to enhance the collaborative and design efforts of his team in order to better serve the needs of our distinguished clients.
