Colonial Village – Renovation

Description

Colonial Village was originally developed between 1938 and 1940 as one of the country’s first garden apartment complexes and was the first in the nation to be insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

The community received unit and site upgrades and facade improvements. Additionally, the development received certification through EarthCraft House Virginia.
