Description

Wiencek + Associates led a cohesive master planning effort to rework the 4,200-acre community in northern Montgomery County, MD. The plan emphasizes the creation of a walkable, mixed- density community to attract residents and business to a new town center. The first phase of development will incorporate a gateway that will also give identity and welcoming atmosphere for the community. The residents are an integral part of the planning process through their participation in numerous interactive community charrettes facilitated by our staff.
