Lisner Assisted Living

This project included a full gut renovation after the building suffered a major flood from a broken sprinkler pipe. The new design included adding more units, creating beautifully appointed amenity spaces, restoring wood paneling, updating electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and repurposing unused spaces to create an exceptional home for low-income seniors.
