Maples Midrise & Cottages

The design for the project consisted of creating a new three-story midrise plus 18 two-bedroom cottages with garages for independent seniors.  There are a total of 93 units in the community.  The residents have access to a full range of amenities, including community room with fireplace, lounges, and a salon.
