Masters Child Master Plan

Description

Wiencek + Associates is currently master planning the 22 acre parcel of land owned by The Masters Child Church in Indian Head, MD. The parcel currently includes an existing Worship Center that is approximately 25,000 GSF in a former school building, plus an existing Day Care Center that is approximately 5,000 GSF, along with parking, and roads to support the Worship Center and Day Care Center.

The goal of the church, along with its development partners, is to develop a new Worship Center for the Church, renovation/re-programming/reskinning the existing school building as a new community facility for the church and local community, plus create a new Independent Living Affordable Senior Housing Community.
