The Oaks at 10th

Description

The design of 50 new units of public housing for the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem, NC. This project is the first phase of the implementation of the Cleveland Avenue Initative, which calls for the redevelopment and/or removal of dilapidated public housing and the creation of mixed-income communities with 1-for-1 replacement of all public housing units. The Oaks at Tenth will be developed as 7 multifamily buildings with separate exterior entrances for each unit. A new community center will also be added.
