Description

This new 6,000 square foot community center acts as the hub of a 535-unit rental townhouse community that was recently renovated and improved by Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners.

The community center includes leasing and management offices, a central laundry facility, a large community room with moving partitions and a kitchenette area, two computer training classrooms, and office space for Resident Services staff.
